General Exhibitors Information

Dilapidations
Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage to the carpets, wall mounted light fittings and walls within his/her rented space, and will be charged for damage to the aforementioned. No fixing, attachment or penetration of any fabric, structure or floor is permitted.

Stands / Stands over 2.5m in Height
All Exhibitors are to submit plans of their stands, indicating floor plans incorporating front, side and top elevation, to the Organisers for approval at least thirty (30) days prior to build-up day. A Structural Engineer's Certificate for stands over 2.5 metres in height will be required.
Exhibitors employing a stand contractor to design/construct stands, please make sure they are aware of this requirement. Please note that photos of the stand are not acceptable.
No Exhibitor can build a run of walling over 1.2 meters high facing another stand or gangway without written permission. The purpose of this ruling is to prevent other exhibitors being completely hidden behind, or overshadowed by larger stands.
Note - failure to comply with this requirement may result in refusal of permission to erect the stand.

Electrical Supply
Only the official electrical contractor is permitted to do electrical work. The Exhibitor's wiring is subject to approval by the Organiser's appointed contractor. Please do not exceed the wattage draw-off from the power point (e.g. 5x 100W per 15 amp plug point). Should you be unsure, the electrical contractor will be happy to assist.
* 15 Amps are allocated per exhibition stand to cater for most exhibition requirements. Overloaded usage may cause the incoming power supply to trip excessively. Severe trips may take hours to rectify, thereby causing inconvenience to all Exhibitors.
* If you require additional power points, please apply to the Organising Committee before August 2010, no additional electrical requests will be permitted after this date.
* Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords and adaptors.
